Ade Akin-aina has about 10 years of recruitment experience at notable startups such as LightSpeed HQ (Canada), Bridge International Academies (Kenya & USA) and a Fortune 32 company (Target Corporation). With startup recruitment experience in North America, Europe, Africa and South Asia, Ade specializes in managerial and executive recruitment during rapid growth, expansion and/or new market launches in emerging markets and in particular, sub-Saharan Africa. Bilingual, Ade’s scope also extends to French North and Sub-Saharan Africa. Ade obtained her Honours Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology from the University of Toronto and a Post-graduate diploma in Human Resources from McGill University.
